LRG is rated 5.0 from 20 reviews. The company sitting above you on nearly every shed search is rated 4.4, and sells aviaries, cat cages and garden sheds. The gap isn't the work you do. It's the website that represents it.
Before writing a word of this proposal we pulled your site apart, checked where you rank against every shed builder within reach, and looked at what Google can actually read. None of the following is opinion.
The site is built on GoDaddy Website Builder 8.0. That's a drag-and-drop tool, not a website platform. It caps what can be done with page structure, speed, schema markup and templates: the exact things that decide whether Google shows you. No amount of good content fixes a ceiling that low.
<meta name=generator> Go Daddy Website Builder 8.0.0000One Services page carries garages, workshops, farm sheds, garaports, mezzanines, shed homes, retrofits and kit installation. Nine distinct products on one page. When someone searches farm sheds central coast, there is no page on your site about farm sheds for Google to show them.
lrgsheds.com ranks for 7 keywords and draws an estimated zero organic visits a month. Every enquiry you get is coming from your Google Business Profile, word of mouth or the signage on the utes, not the website.
Wyong Sheds holds #1 on sheds central coast, shed builders central coast, farm sheds central coast, garage sheds central coast and sheds lake macquarie. Their website sells aviaries, cat cages, dog runs, garden sheds and pool filter covers. They rank because they have a clearly labelled page for each thing they sell. You don't.
Your contact page lists sales@Lrgshed.com, singular. That domain is live, and it loads a Squarespace "Coming Soon, we're under construction" page. Your actual website is lrgsheds.com, plural. Anyone who gets an email from you and types the address in sees a construction notice. There's no .com.au at all.
The gallery holds 17 photos, eight of them drone shots. There is not one word on the page. No project names, no sizes, no locations, no cladding colours, no timeframes, no story. Google reads nothing from it, and a buyer deciding between three quotes learns nothing from it either.
No phone number. No shed type. No size. No suburb. No timeframe. No budget. You can't qualify the lead, you can't call them back inside five minutes, and you're competing against builders who can.
Customizable. Colors. Aluminum. Specializes. Maximize. Two-story. Analyze. American spelling throughout, plus "Accomadati" on the venue page. The whole pitch is Australian-made materials from Australian-owned companies, and the words around it read like they came from somewhere else. COLORBOND® steel is also written as "COLORBOND steel®", which is the wrong form of BlueScope's trademark.
Whether or not you go ahead with the rebuild, we will tell you how to fix these, because they are costing you right now: the lrgshed.com / lrgsheds.com split that sends your email contacts to a construction notice; what appears to be a second Google Business Profile carrying no reviews, which splits your local ranking signals; and the missing .com.au, which Australian buyers do look for.
This is worth being blunt about, because it's the whole reason to spend money here. We are not rebuilding the site because the current one is ugly. We're rebuilding it because of what a website is for.
Be found by more of the right people
Right now there is one door into LRG online, and it's your Google Business Profile. A proper site adds a door for every single thing you build. Someone searching garaport, american barn, mezzanine shed or shed homes nsw is looking for exactly what you do, and those four terms alone are searched about 1,980 times a month in Australia. You currently appear for none of them.
Look like the builder you actually are
You're a licensed builder putting up $38,000 garaports and a 430sqm wedding venue at Dora Creek. That is presented today on a drag-and-drop template, next to a two-field form, with an email address that leads to a construction notice. A shed is a considered purchase. People get three quotes and pick the one that feels safest. The site's job is to make LRG the safe choice before Luke ever picks up the phone.
Turn the same visitors into more quotes
This is the part most websites skip. Every improvement above is wasted if the person who lands on the page can't work out what to do next. A shed buyer wants three things fast: roughly what it costs, whether you've built one like theirs, and how to ask. Give them all three and the quote rate moves without a single extra visitor.
We don't know your enquiry numbers yet, so we're not going to pretend we do. Here is the only comparison that doesn't need a single assumption in it: the cost of the build against the four kit prices published on your own pricing page.
Kit prices taken directly from your own pricing page, inc GST, as published November 2026. Proper enquiry and conversion tracking is part of the build, so from launch you will know exactly how many quotes the site produces and what they are worth, rather than estimating it.
Your site has eight pages. This isn't about adding pages for the sake of it. It's that right now there is no page on your website for most of what you actually build and sell. Every page below earns its place.
The engine of the whole site. One page per thing you build, each with its own photos, specs, typical sizes, inclusions and indicative pricing. This is what earns the search traffic.
What you do that a kit supplier doesn't. This is where the turnkey story gets told properly.
The trust layer. This is what turns a visitor into a shortlist place.
Everything a shed buyer needs before they're willing to ask for a quote.
Pages that tell Google you genuinely work in these areas, each with real projects from that area.
Everything below maps back to awareness, trust or conversion. If something didn't serve one of those three, it didn't make the list.
Shed range confirmed, photo library audited and sorted by project, content plan signed off, domain and email split resolved.
Homepage plus the three page templates designed and signed off. Nothing gets built until you've approved how it looks.
WordPress build, all templates, the quote builder, finance calculator, 3D designer integration, review feed.
All 22 pages written and populated, case studies produced, schema, speed, redirects mapped from the current site.
Testing across devices, migration, Search Console and GA4 connected, and a walkthrough so you can update it yourself.
Twenty reviews at a perfect five stars is not luck, and it's not something we could manufacture for you. The work is right, the reputation is right, the photography is right. What's missing is a website that lets anyone outside your existing network find any of it.
Six weeks, $6,500 inc GST, and the next person searching for a shed on the Central Coast finds the best-reviewed builder in the region instead of a garden shed shop.
Proposal valid 30 days from 5 November 2026. Prepared for Luke Green, LRG Sheds Pty Ltd.
