Website proposal · Prepared for Luke Green · November 2026

The best-reviewed shed builder
on the Coast.
And the hardest one to find.

LRG is rated 5.0 from 20 reviews. The company sitting above you on nearly every shed search is rated 4.4, and sells aviaries, cat cages and garden sheds. The gap isn't the work you do. It's the website that represents it.

What we found

Eight things
costing you work right now.

Before writing a word of this proposal we pulled your site apart, checked where you rank against every shed builder within reach, and looked at what Google can actually read. None of the following is opinion.

01

Your website is a GoDaddy template

The site is built on GoDaddy Website Builder 8.0. That's a drag-and-drop tool, not a website platform. It caps what can be done with page structure, speed, schema markup and templates: the exact things that decide whether Google shows you. No amount of good content fixes a ceiling that low.

EvidenceVerified: <meta name=generator> Go Daddy Website Builder 8.0.0000
02

Google can't tell what you build

One Services page carries garages, workshops, farm sheds, garaports, mezzanines, shed homes, retrofits and kit installation. Nine distinct products on one page. When someone searches farm sheds central coast, there is no page on your site about farm sheds for Google to show them.

EvidenceYour site: 8 pages total. One of them is Services.
03

The site brings in almost no search traffic

lrgsheds.com ranks for 7 keywords and draws an estimated zero organic visits a month. Every enquiry you get is coming from your Google Business Profile, word of mouth or the signage on the utes, not the website.

EvidenceDataForSEO organic estimate: 7 keywords, ETV 0.
04

A garden shed company outranks you

Wyong Sheds holds #1 on sheds central coast, shed builders central coast, farm sheds central coast, garage sheds central coast and sheds lake macquarie. Their website sells aviaries, cat cages, dog runs, garden sheds and pool filter covers. They rank because they have a clearly labelled page for each thing they sell. You don't.

EvidenceTheir sitemap: 12 pages, one per product category. Rating 4.4 from 25.
05

Your email address points at a holding page

Your contact page lists sales@Lrgshed.com, singular. That domain is live, and it loads a Squarespace "Coming Soon, we're under construction" page. Your actual website is lrgsheds.com, plural. Anyone who gets an email from you and types the address in sees a construction notice. There's no .com.au at all.

EvidenceVerified: lrgshed.com → 198.185.159.144 (Squarespace), MX on Google Workspace. lrgsheds.com has no MX record.
06

Your best asset is sitting in a gallery with no words

The gallery holds 17 photos, eight of them drone shots. There is not one word on the page. No project names, no sizes, no locations, no cladding colours, no timeframes, no story. Google reads nothing from it, and a buyer deciding between three quotes learns nothing from it either.

EvidenceGallery page word count, excluding navigation: 0.
07

The enquiry form asks for a name and an email

No phone number. No shed type. No size. No suburb. No timeframe. No budget. You can't qualify the lead, you can't call them back inside five minutes, and you're competing against builders who can.

EvidenceContact page: 2 fields, one optional.
08

The copy reads as though it wasn't written here

Customizable. Colors. Aluminum. Specializes. Maximize. Two-story. Analyze. American spelling throughout, plus "Accomadati" on the venue page. The whole pitch is Australian-made materials from Australian-owned companies, and the words around it read like they came from somewhere else. COLORBOND® steel is also written as "COLORBOND steel®", which is the wrong form of BlueScope's trademark.

EvidenceFound across the home, services, difference and pricing pages.

Three of these are worth fixing either way

Whether or not you go ahead with the rebuild, we will tell you how to fix these, because they are costing you right now: the lrgshed.com / lrgsheds.com split that sends your email contacts to a construction notice; what appears to be a second Google Business Profile carrying no reviews, which splits your local ranking signals; and the missing .com.au, which Australian buyers do look for.

Why rebuild at all

A website has three jobs.
Yours is doing none of them.

This is worth being blunt about, because it's the whole reason to spend money here. We are not rebuilding the site because the current one is ugly. We're rebuilding it because of what a website is for.

1

Awareness

Be found by more of the right people

Right now there is one door into LRG online, and it's your Google Business Profile. A proper site adds a door for every single thing you build. Someone searching garaport, american barn, mezzanine shed or shed homes nsw is looking for exactly what you do, and those four terms alone are searched about 1,980 times a month in Australia. You currently appear for none of them.

  • One page per shed type: nine doors, not one
  • Service area pages for Central Coast, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter
  • Built so Google can read every page properly
  • Your drone photography working as a reason to click, not a file in a folder
2

Trust

Look like the builder you actually are

You're a licensed builder putting up $38,000 garaports and a 430sqm wedding venue at Dora Creek. That is presented today on a drag-and-drop template, next to a two-field form, with an email address that leads to a construction notice. A shed is a considered purchase. People get three quotes and pick the one that feels safest. The site's job is to make LRG the safe choice before Luke ever picks up the phone.

  • Real project case studies: size, cladding, inclusions, location, timeframe
  • Licence 455486C, full insurance and Home Warranty shown, not buried
  • Your 5.0 star rating pulled live onto the site
  • The LRG Difference turned into genuine technical proof, not a paragraph
3

Conversion

Turn the same visitors into more quotes

This is the part most websites skip. Every improvement above is wasted if the person who lands on the page can't work out what to do next. A shed buyer wants three things fast: roughly what it costs, whether you've built one like theirs, and how to ask. Give them all three and the quote rate moves without a single extra visitor.

  • A real quote builder: shed type, size, site, extras, contact, so you can qualify before you call
  • Indicative pricing up front, with an honest "every shed is custom" path to an exact quote
  • The 3D designer built into the funnel as a step, with lead capture, not an orphan link
  • Click-to-call and a sticky phone bar on mobile, where most of this traffic sits
A website doesn't sell sheds. It makes you findable, makes you credible, and makes it easy to ask. Those three things are what move a quote rate, and all three are measurable.
What it's worth

Measured against
your own price list.

We don't know your enquiry numbers yet, so we're not going to pretend we do. Here is the only comparison that doesn't need a single assumption in it: the cost of the build against the four kit prices published on your own pricing page.

This website
$6,500
Double carport
$7,000
Single garage
$10,000
Workshop shed
$27,000
Garaport
$38,000
The entire rebuild costs less than the cheapest kit you sell. One extra double carport a year and it has paid for itself. One extra workshop and it has paid for itself four times over.

Kit prices taken directly from your own pricing page, inc GST, as published November 2026. Proper enquiry and conversion tracking is part of the build, so from launch you will know exactly how many quotes the site produces and what they are worth, rather than estimating it.

The structure

Twenty-two pages.
Every one of them has a job.

Your site has eight pages. This isn't about adding pages for the sake of it. It's that right now there is no page on your website for most of what you actually build and sell. Every page below earns its place.

The shed range

7 pages

The engine of the whole site. One page per thing you build, each with its own photos, specs, typical sizes, inclusions and indicative pricing. This is what earns the search traffic.

Garages & CarportsSingle, double and triple. Skillion and gable. The volume entry point.
WorkshopsHigher clearance, roller door configurations, power and lighting considerations.
Farm & Rural ShedsMachinery, hay, storage. Spans, open bays, rural site access.
GaraportsYour $38k example lives here. Garage plus awning, the configuration buyers struggle to name.
American BarnsSearched 590 times a month nationally. You build them. You have no page for them.
Shed Homes (Class 1a)Your mezzanine engineering makes two-storey possible. A genuine differentiator.
Options & ExtrasMezzanines, roller door motors, insulation, gutter guard, glass sliding doors, whirlybirds, vermin seal, custom flashings.

Services

2 pages

What you do that a kit supplier doesn't. This is where the turnkey story gets told properly.

Design & BuildThe full turnkey path: council plans, certification, Home Warranty insurance, earthworks, plumbing and electrical coordination, installation. One point of contact.
Installation, Retrofits & RepairsYou install other companies' kits, and you add bays, lean-tos, new openings and replacement sheeting. Two steady revenue streams, both completely invisible online today.

Proof

4 pages

The trust layer. This is what turns a visitor into a shortlist place.

ProjectsFilterable by shed type, size and location. Your drone shots at full scale.
Case studies × 2Real builds written up properly, including the Dora Creek venue, which is a remarkable story currently sitting on a page nobody can find.
The LRG DifferenceBolt-together brackets vs screw-together, clear span without knee and apex bracing, engineered mezzanines. Turned into real technical proof with diagrams.
About & Meet LukeSingle point of contact from first call to final install. That's a selling point, not a footnote.

The buying path

4 pages

Everything a shed buyer needs before they're willing to ask for a quote.

Shed Pricing GuideExpanded from the current page. Indicative pricing by type, what moves the number, what to watch for when comparing quotes.
Design Your ShedThe 3D designer built in as a proper step with lead capture, rather than a link off the homepage.
Shed FinanceUrban Money, with a repayment calculator so the number feels manageable.
FAQs & Buying GuideCouncil approval, slabs, site access, lead times, wind ratings, what's included. Every question you answer on the phone, answered once.

Local

2 pages

Pages that tell Google you genuinely work in these areas, each with real projects from that area.

Central CoastThe hub page. Charmhaven, Wyong, Tuggerah, Gosford, The Entrance.
NewcastleSearched 390 times a month. You service it. You have no page for it.

Core

2 pages
HomeRebuilt around the three jobs: findable, credible, easy to ask.
ContactQuote builder, map, hours, direct line, WhatsApp.
What you get

Features, grouped by
the job they're doing.

Everything below maps back to awareness, trust or conversion. If something didn't serve one of those three, it didn't make the list.

Awareness

Being found
  • A dedicated, properly optimised page for every shed type and service
  • Service area pages for the Central Coast and Newcastle
  • Schema markup: LocalBusiness, Product, FAQ, Review and breadcrumbs
  • Built for Core Web Vitals: target under 2 seconds on mobile
  • Your drone photos served as WebP at the right sizes, so they're fast and they rank
  • Titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, alt text and internal linking done properly
  • Google Search Console and GA4 connected and reporting from day one
  • 301 redirects from every current URL so nothing you have now is lost

Trust

Being believed
  • Project case studies with dimensions, cladding colours, inclusions, location and timeframe
  • Licence 455486C, public liability and Home Warranty insurance shown throughout
  • Live Google review feed: your 5.0 rating pulled onto the pages that matter
  • Australian-made and COLORBOND® steel presented correctly, trademark included
  • The LRG Difference built out with diagrams: brackets, clear span, mezzanines
  • Meet Luke, single point of contact, with a real photo and a direct number
  • Satisfaction guarantee and warranty stated plainly
  • Every word rewritten in Australian English

Conversion

Being easy to ask
  • Multi-step quote builder: shed type → size → site → extras → contact
  • Sticky click-to-call bar on mobile, plus WhatsApp where you already use it
  • The 3D designer integrated as a funnel step with lead capture attached
  • Finance repayment calculator wired to Urban Money
  • Indicative pricing on every shed type page, with a clear path to an exact quote
  • Instant lead notification to Luke by email and SMS, so callbacks happen fast
  • A thank-you page that sets expectations on what happens next
  • Conversion tracking, so you can see which pages actually produce quotes
Timeline

Six weeks,
start to launch.

Week 1

Discovery & structure

Shed range confirmed, photo library audited and sorted by project, content plan signed off, domain and email split resolved.

Week 2

Design

Homepage plus the three page templates designed and signed off. Nothing gets built until you've approved how it looks.

Weeks 3-4

Build

WordPress build, all templates, the quote builder, finance calculator, 3D designer integration, review feed.

Week 5

Content & SEO

All 22 pages written and populated, case studies produced, schema, speed, redirects mapped from the current site.

Week 6

Launch

Testing across devices, migration, Search Console and GA4 connected, and a walkthrough so you can update it yourself.

Investment

One price.
No surprises.

Complete website rebuild
$6,500
inc GST · $5,909 + GST
40% to start · 40% at design sign-off · 20% at launch
That is less than the cheapest kit on your own pricing page. If the new site produces one extra double carport a year, it has already paid for itself, and one extra workshop covers it four times over.

Included

  • Full custom WordPress build, you own it outright
  • 22 pages designed, written and populated
  • Two project case studies produced from your existing photography
  • Multi-step quote builder with instant lead alerts
  • 3D designer and Urban Money finance integrated
  • Live Google review feed
  • All schema markup and technical SEO
  • Complete rewrite in Australian English
  • Migration, redirects and launch
  • Search Console and GA4 set up and reporting
  • 12 months hosting and SSL included
  • Training session plus written handover

Not included

  • Domain renewals (about $25 a year)
  • Hosting from year two (about $30 a month)
  • Any paid third-party plugin licences, if we end up needing one
  • New photography (your drone library is strong enough that we don't think you need it)

Optional add-ons

Extra shed type page (eg Industrial & Commercial)$280 each
Extra service area page (Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley)$280 each
Extra project case study$320 each
Guides section plus three launch articles$600
Half-day photography on site$650
Logo redrawn as vector for print and signage$450

You've already done
the hard part.

Twenty reviews at a perfect five stars is not luck, and it's not something we could manufacture for you. The work is right, the reputation is right, the photography is right. What's missing is a website that lets anyone outside your existing network find any of it.

Six weeks, $6,500 inc GST, and the next person searching for a shed on the Central Coast finds the best-reviewed builder in the region instead of a garden shed shop.
